Collaborating with Patients and Practitioners, Empowering you with Holistic Fertility Treatment and Support
At Collaborative Care, we support you wherever you are on your journey. We have 15 years of expertise in holistic fertility treatment. As your provider, we not only address the physical reasons behind fertility challenges, but we also create the space to work through the emotional aspects of the journey, as well.
Founded in 2007, Collaborative Care is a traditional Chinese medicine and natural fertility clinic. Our focus on reproductive health and fertility is founded in a holistic approach combining acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutritional guidance, emotional support and self-care techniques.
For women whose journey to a successful pregnancy has included multiple rounds of IVF, we have developed a highly effective holistic treatment regimen. Our goal is to provide emotional and physical support to you while nurturing your reproductive health. We also work with women and couples trying to get pregnant naturally who want to enhance and optimize their fertility health.

Practitioners
Jacqueline O’Neill, MSTOM, L.Ac.
I believe the most effective therapy happens in a safe treatment space with attentive, consistency of care. Wonderful things can happen when individuals feel safe and can trust in the process. That is how I am able to do my best work.”

Founder of Collaborative Care
Currently based in Pasadena, California, Jackie founded Collaborative Care in 2007 in Chicago. During her 15 years of practice there, Jackie became one of Chicagoland’s “go-to” Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) providers for women experiencing prolonged fertility journeys. Her proprietary treatment has helped hundreds of patients with previously poor fertility diagnoses to achieve full-term pregnancies. Jackie’s experience working with women and couples facing a broad range of infertility challenges has honed her expertise in creating highly successful, unique treatment protocols using a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and nutritional support. This diverse experience treating a range of infertility cases makes her a highly valued resource for her patients.
The daughter of a downtown Los Angeles neighborhood pharmacist, Jackie always knew that she wanted a career in medicine, but it was her interest in botany that clarified her intent and aided in her decision to pursue a degree in Chinese medicine.
Jackie received her master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where she taught a series of Chinese herb classes. She is Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology, an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine. Jackie’s relocation to Pasadena brings her closer to family, and she is eager to bring her expertise to Southern California.
